Welcome to Finger Lakes RV Resort

Aerial View of Park with overlay of award sticker

We traveled the country for years as full-time RVers before we found our home in the Finger Lakes. The natural beauty and recreational opportunities paired with the selection of wineries, breweries, and eateries make the area an easy choice for a visit!

We built our park to be a comfortable, peaceful jumping off point to explore all that Seneca Lake has to offer.  We love being right in the heart of the wine trail and are proud to be a multi-year winner of RV Life's Best Campgrounds list.

Frequently Asked Questions

01

Do you offer cable TV or Wifi?

We do offer wifi.  As with most outdoor wifi, the connection can be interrupted by a number of factors (other RVs, trees, weather). If connectivity is important, we suggest bringing your own hotspot or a wifi range extender for inside of your RV.

02

Do you offer any discounts?

We offer a 10% discount for stays of 7 nights or longer, and this is automatically applied to the rate when you book online (it does not show as a separate line item). In lieu of individual program discounts, we give back in our community through our Camping for a Cause program.

Every 3rd weekend of the month throughout the summer is our guests’ opportunity to enjoy camping in the Finger Lakes while doing good for our community, ON US!  Guests receive a token for each night of your stay and can select which local organization your stay will support.  Camping for a Cause donations through 2025: $23,362.27!

03

Do you offer seasonal sites?

We only offer transient sites with a maximum stay of 28 days.

04

Can you see the lake from the property?

Unfortunately, no. The lake sits down a steep incline, so our long view is of the western hillside. Fortunately, our location often provides remarkable sunsets!

05

Is there ride share or public transit available?

We highly recommend having your own transportation. Our area is quite rural, so we don't have the population to support a robust rideshare network. Car rentals can be found at local airports on your way to the park (Elmira from the South, Rochester or Syracuse from the North.)

06

Can I set up a tent on my site?

We do not allow tents for sleeping.  Pop up shade structures are permitted, but only those without bottoms may be placed in the grass (those with bottoms must be completely on the gravel).

07

Are there routes that you would recommend for RV travel to the park?

From the South: From either direction, I-86 to Horseheads exit for 14N. Do not take any suggested turns until you get into Watkins Glen–from there a right on 4th Street and then as you start up the hill, use the left turn lane onto 414N. Make a right on Tichenor Rd and we’ll be on the left.

From the North: If traveling I-90W, take exit 41 for 414S, to 20W, to 96S…if traveling I-90E, take exit 42 for 14S, to 96S (do not take 96A there is a low bridge)…96S will become 414S. Make a left on Tichenor Rd and we’ll be on the left.

08

When can I book?

Reservations are available 400 days (about 13 months) in advance of your check OUT date.
