Reservation Policies
PAYMENT Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations will be refunded in accordance with our cancellation policy below.
Cancellation & No-Show

Reservations/days cancelled

15 days or more in advance of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the cancelled nights.

3 days to 14 days in advance of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the cancelled nights.

Within 2 days of arrival will forfeit the total of the cancelled nights.

No-shows will be treated as same-day cancellations and no refund will be issued. If you are going to arrive after your check in date, please call to ensure your site is not re-booked.

The booking fee is non-refundable paid directly to the software company.

Reservations may be rescheduled without penalty 15 days or more in advance of arrival. Within 14 days of arrival, cancellation policy applies.

This policy is firm. We highly recommend trip insurance for unforeseen issues that may arise.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in time begins at 2:00 PM. Check-out time is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and will incur a $25 fee. Please call the day before to arrange for early check-in.
Stay Requirements
Friday & Saturday night reservations require a minimum of 2 nights. Holiday & special event weekends require a minimum of 3 nights.

Site Selection Lock Fee: $25

Groups of 10+: We offer a reduced group site lock fee, please call to book your sites. Groups that book online & choose their sites will not be refunded. Groups are guaranteed a site within their group of sites, but the specific site number may change.

Unlocked Sites: Sites not locked are assigned at check in. We will do our best to accommodate any site requests at that time but the only way to guarantee site number or adjacencies is via the Site Selection Tool at the time of the reservation.

Property Policies

Speed Limit
The speed limit is 5mph everywhere in the park. This is for the safety of our guests and violations will not be tolerated. Offenders may be asked to leave without warning or refund.

Flags & Decor
Official American flags (red, white & blue), sports team paraphernalia, and camping specific décor ONLY. We do not allow any political or social messaging. We may ask you to remove items at our discretion. No debate & no exceptions.

RVs & Vehicles
One RV per site plus one car. Tent and car camping are not permitted.
All vehicles must be fully on the gravel portion of the site. PARKING ON THE GRASS IS NOT PERMITTED.
Overflow spaces are available throughout the park. Parking passes must be displayed (blue in site, orange for overflow).
Electric vehicles may only be charged at the charging station, violations will incur a $100 fine. No vehicle charging at the sites.
Electric golf carts are permitted with valid insurance and licensed drivers only. Please email proof of insurance ahead of your stay. Gas golf carts are not permitted.
No washing of RVs or vehicles. You may clean debris off of the front only.
If you are renting an RV, you must arrive with your equipment. We will not allow the rental onto the property without the guest present.

Property Preservation
Guests are solely responsible for any damage caused to property and persons, by the guest, their pets, or anyone in their party while at Finger Lakes RV Resort. Guests & their visitors must abide by Resort rules.
When connecting to hookups, please ensure breakers are in the off position when connecting & disconnecting electric, a threaded sewer connection is required, and a water pressure regulator is recommended

Photography & Privacy
To protect the identity and comfort of all patrons, professional photography and commercial filming are prohibited without prior written consent. Personal photography must respect the privacy of other guests. Drones may not be flown over sites. The resort may take photos or videos for use on its media platforms.
Fires

Firewood: Firewood is available for purchase from the shed porch on-site or guests may purchase at any surrounding stand. NYS regulations state firewood cannot be transported more than 50 miles.

Construction Lumber: Guests may not burn treated lumber or lumber with nails. A $100 fee will be charged for removing nails from firepit.

Extinguish: For the safety of the surrounding farms & vineyards, guests are required to extinguish fires with water.
Code of Conduct

Noise & Lights
Noise & lights may not extend beyond your site at ANY time. During quiet hours, please turn off entirely. No fireworks or other loud noises.
Quiet hours are 10pm-8am daily. During these hours music should be turned off, conversations at a whisper, and doors closed quietly.

Minors
Please be mindful of your children at all times. Children under 16 must be supervised and accompanied by an adult while using resort facilities, including the Bath House & Clubhouse.

Sites
Do not pass through occupied sites, except on gravel paths. You may pass through unoccupied sites, but you may not park on an unoccupied site at any time.

Pets

Leash: All pets must be kept on a leash at all time (except in Dog Park).

Pickup: You are required to clean up after your pet. Failure to pick up will be charged a $20 fee.

Supervision: Pets are not to be tied-up or fenced-in and left unattended.

Buildings: Pets are not allowed in any buildings on the property.

Behavior: While we do not have a limit on the number of pets, they must be quiet and well behaved; excessive barking or aggressiveness may be asked to leave.

Please respect the comfort of others. Be advised that if these policies are not followed, you may be asked to leave without refund.
